CUSTOM MADE ORDERS:

. All custom made orders require a minimum 50% deposit, with the ballance to be paid on delivery.
. All artwork submitted for screen printing must be provided in orignal illustrated 10 or CS.EPS format.All text and images must have vector outline.
. Charges will apply for artwork that needs to be re-created in the correct format. Charges vary according to time consumption and the level of complexity.
. For overseas, minimum turnaround time is 4 to 6 weeks after approval of sample by customer,plus shipping.
. Overseas orders with freight by sea is 10-12 weeks, with no extra charge for shipping.
. Charges apply for shipping from overseas by air freight or DHL Couries.
. Local custom made orders turnaround time is 10-14 working days.
